About the Role
We are seeking both MR Delivery Drivers and Freight Handlers to support busy logistics operations across Townsville.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the secure and timely delivery of freight and goods throughout Townsville and surrounding areas.
As a Freight Handler, you will assist with the sorting, scanning, loading, and unloading of freight within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient delivery of freight and goods
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and trucks
- Sorting and scanning freight
- Manual handling of parcels and cartons
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
- Conducting vehicle pre-start inspections
- Completing delivery documentation and paperwork
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Delivery Drivers
- Current MR Licence or higher (essential)
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) (essential)
- Previous warehouse, freight, logistics, or labouring experience highly regarded
- Previous delivery driving experience highly regarded
Freight Handlers
- Current License
- Previous warehouse, freight, logistics, or labouring experience highly regarded
- Experience loading and unloading freight (Desirable)
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) (Desirable)
