As a Sales Consultant, you will guide clients through life's most meaningful purchases, blending luxury customer service with custom design storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Experience: Create warm, personalised boutique experiences and build long-term client relationships.

- Consultation: Guide clients expertly through diamonds, gemstones,



and custom jewellery designs.

- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to bring each client's custom vision to life.

About You

- Naturally warm, personable, and confident communicating with a diverse clientele.

- Passionate about luxury retail, exceptional service, and attention to detail.

- Motivated to learn and develop deep expertise in fine jewellery and diamonds.

- Previous fine jewellery or fashion design experience is highly valued, but not essential.
