About the role
We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and reliable Barista to join our team. You will greet customers, take accurate orders, craft high-quality beverages, handle point-of-sale transactions, and maintain a spotless, welcoming workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold drinks (espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, teas) to high-quality standards
- Greet guests warmly, explain menu items, recommend products, and handle special dietary or flavor preferences
- Operate, dial in, and clean espresso machines, coffee grinders, and brewers
- Process customer payments accurately via point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Sanitize work surfaces, clean equipment, wash utensils, and maintain service areas
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and paper goods, reporting shortages or restocking as needed
