This is a day-shift-only position on a 5/4/4/5 roster, offering consistency, work-life balance, and long-term job security.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy mining equipment to ensure maximum reliability and uptime across site operations. The role will see you working within a well-established maintenance team, carrying out both breakdown and preventative maintenance tasks.
Duties will include:





- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on mobile mining equipment
- Conducting planned maintenance and servicing activities
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding across a range of systems
- Completing repairs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop
- Working closely with other trades and site personnel

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician
- Previous experience working on heavy mining or earthmoving equipment
- Valid ARC / air-conditioning licence
- Current QLD driver’s licence
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
