The Library is seeking to fill a non-ongoing APS 6 Workforce Reporting and Systems Coordinator role in the Human Resource Section of the Corporate Branch, for 12 months.

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, systems and data.
The ideal candidate will be motivated by improving processes, solving problems, and turning workforce information into meaningful insights that help leaders make informed decisions.

We are interested in candidates who can bring:

- Experience administering HR, payroll or workforce systems, preferably Aurion or a similar enterprise HRMIS.
- Strong workforce reporting, data analysis and problem-solving capability.
- Experience interpreting workforce data and identifying trends, risks and opportunities.




- Advanced skills in Excel and experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SQL or similar platforms.
- The ability to develop dashboards, reports and workforce insights for a range of audiences.
- Experience supporting business improvement initiatives, system enhancements or digital transformation projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, recommendations and business information.
