Since 1991, The Vision Group has delivered commercial signage, fleet branding, vehicle wraps and window tinting across WA. We're a small, capable team based in Welshpool, with established systems and a solid base of commercial and fleet clients.

The role

We're looking for a second-in-charge to run the business day to day and own our larger quotes. You'll keep jobs moving through production on time and at the right margin. You'll also make the calls when the owner is away.

What you'll do

- Run the job schedule across print, wrapping, tinting and installs, and re-plan when things change

- Allocate daily work across the workshop and install crews

- Be the first point of contact for clients on job status, changes and issues

- Price large and complex jobs: fleet branding packages, bulk asset jobs and multi-section commercial signage

- Carry out site measures and take-offs

- Review quotes prepared by the presale team

- Manage stock ordering and supplier relationships

- Run day-to-day WHS: inductions, toolbox talks and incident reporting

What you'll bring

- Operations,



production or estimating experience in signage, print, vehicle branding or a related trade

- A track record of pricing non-standard jobs from scratch: take-off, materials, labour and margin

- Experience scheduling trades or installers across multiple jobs and sites

- The credibility to direct a hands-on team and deal with high-value clients

- Confidence with job-management software and spreadsheets

- Current WA driver's licence

Nice to have: knowledge of vinyl, wrap and window films; experience with WorkflowMax, Xero or Illustrator; a White Card.

What we offer

- $100,000–$120,000 + super, based on experience

- Use of the company vehicle (Mitsubishi Outlander) for site measures and client visits
