Pay: $38.00/hr casual rate, plus overtime .

Day Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Work Type: Ongoing casual/temp with pathways to go permanent.

Duties

Perform commercial rigging operations for heavy industrial manufacturing and precast concrete product fabrication .

Safely lift, manoeuvre, and position precast items including concrete pipes, sleepers, bridge tops, and columns .

Assist with overhead gantry crane setups, rigging loads, and heavy material handling across the yard .

Read and interpret guides, load plans, and safety instructions for daily operations .





Maintain adherence to site safety guidelines, load limits, and WorkSafe WA standards at all times .

Skills &

Experience

Current High-Risk Work Licence with Basic (RB) or Intermediate (RI) Rigging Licence .

Rigging experience within heavy manufacturing, precast concrete yards, structural steel, or civil infrastructure.

Ability to safely handle heavy loads and collaborate effectively with crane operators and yard staff .

A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong attention to site protocols and load stability .
