Parkers WA | $75,000–$80,000 salary + $10,000 annual KPI-based bonus

Parkers WA is growing, and we're creating a new Sales Coordinator role within our Sales & Tendering function.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeps enquiries and quotations organised, and works well with people across a business. You'll be a key link between our customers, operations team and installers, helping make sure jobs are understood, quoted accurately and followed through.

You'll report directly to our Head of Sales & Tendering and receive practical onboarding support from two experienced senior team members.

This is an inbound enquiry, quoting and coordination role—not a cold-calling or new-business development position.

What you'll do

- Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, providing responsive, professional service.
- Coordinate quotes from initial request through to preparation, submission and follow-up.
- Work with operations and installers to understand job requirements, site conditions, materials and labour, and produce accurate, commercially sound quotes.
- Assist with tenders, proposals and submission deadlines.
- Keep customer, quotation and opportunity records up to date and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Occasionally visit sites to develop your understanding of the work being quoted.

What you'll bring




- At least two years' experience in sales coordination, sales support, estimating coordination or a similar role.
- Confident verbal and written communication, including a skilled telephone manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office and general business-system skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, initiative and a willingness to learn.

Experience with Ascora, Xero or similar systems is highly regarded. A background in construction, mining or related services—or exposure to quoting and tenders—is an advantage, but not essential.
