Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assist with the assessment, formulation, and review of resident care plans
- Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
- Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
- Monitor, record, and communicate residents’ conditions and needs accurately
- Safely administer medications
- Provide wound care
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing.
Hours of Work
- Full time and Part time
- Mon-Fri: 0700-1515
- AM and PM shifts
