Langwarrin Community Aged Care is seeking aClinical Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract to commence mid-November 2026. You will lead a team of clinical professionals and care workers, mentoring staff and ensuring high standards of resident-focused care within a Not-for-Profit aged-care setting.

You will work closely with the Residential Manager and other leaders to coordinate clinical services, funding and accreditation processes, and to foster a cooperative, compassionate culture
