Estia Health is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide clinical care to residents across our aged care homes. You will create comprehensive assessments and care plans, ensure timely documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards, and support a holistic care team.
You will hold a Nursing Diploma with current AHPRA registration, demonstrate empathy, build rapport with residents and families, and lead Personal Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
