Oyster Care Pty is hiring Disability Support Workers to provide day-to-day care for Participants with physical disabilities and/or mental illness in home and community settings in Sydney. You will help Participants reach their goals, record data accurately, and apply de-escalation techniques as needed.
The role offers a rotating roster with weekend work and reliable hours, with shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and similar hours on weekends.
