The BUSY School, part of The BUSY Group, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager at the Coolangatta Campus to provide case management and wellbeing support for vulnerable and disengaged young people. You will work closely with students, families, school staff and community services to deliver coordinated support that boosts attendance, engagement and student success.

Based at Coolangatta, the role requires coordination of case plans, partnerships with external providers, and ongoing wellbeing
