Lead the delivery of critical water and wastewater infrastructure programs that support communities across the Northern Territory.

Power and Water is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects, driving delivery excellence, continuous improvement and outstanding customer outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager Delivery, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our program management capability while leading high-performing teams and fostering strong stakeholder partnerships.

This is an exciting prospect for a proven infrastructure leader with extensive experience in water, sewer and hydraulic infrastructure project delivery, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building capability, driving innovation and delivering results.

What you'll do

Lead the planning and delivery of complex infrastructure programs and projects.

Drive best-practice program management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide strategic leadership, coaching and development to project teams.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, contractors and suppliers.

Oversee program budgets, resource planning, governance, reporting and risk management.

Champion a culture of safety,



accountability and delivery excellence.

About you

You are a highly capable program leader with:

Significant experience delivering major water, wastewater or hydraulic infrastructure programs.

Strong leadership skills with experience developing and managing high-performing teams.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing capability.

Demonstrated expertise in program planning, scheduling, governance and project controls.

A track record of successfully delivering complex projects in challenging operational environments.

Experience working in remote, regional or Indigenous community settings and formal project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be highly regarded.
