About the Role:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant with 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience, specializing in SAP Controlling – Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and enterprise-grade financial systems integration.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, this senior consulting role is pivotal to the delivery of the OneStream Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Phase 1 Integration Program. The consultant will serve as the functional authority for financial data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and integration across multi-instance SAP ECC environments (CUB / OANZ SAP ECC and ALB SAP ECC) feeding downstream to OneStream EPM and Oracle Hyperion Group Reporting via modern Azure Data Factory (ADF) middleware pipelines.

Key Responsibilities — What You Will Do

- Master CO-PA Architecture: Configure and optimize Costing-based and Account-based CO-PA, operating concerns, characteristics, value fields, derivation rules, and settlement logic.
- Lead Commercial Actuals Extraction: Design, configure, and validate extraction mechanisms for CO-PA Commercial Actuals from multiple SAP ECC source systems.
- Ensure Multi-Instance Harmonization: Standardize and unify divergent data structures across CUB/OANZ and ALB SAP environments for downstream consumption.
- Flawless Financial Reconciliation: Guarantee seamless reconciliation between CO-PA Commercial Actuals, SAP FI/GL Actuals, and SD Billing/Invoice Actuals.
- Drive EPM Integration:



Partner with cloud engineering teams using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to supply ~17 inbound and 2 outbound interface feeds into OneStream EPM (driving Gross-to-Net/NSV modeling, trade spend forecasting, commercial budgeting, and CAPEX planning).
- Corporate Group Reporting Alignment: Map CO-PA actuals downstream to Oracle Hyperion Group Reporting for executive consolidation.
- Master Data & Cross-Flow Governance: Oversee critical touchpoints across Customer Master, Material Master + SDC (Sales District/Group), Pricing Conditions, Customer List Prices, and Chart of Accounts.

Who We Are Looking For (Key Requirements)

- 10 – 12+ years of extensive SAP FICO functional consulting experience with proven end-to-end implementation and integration track records.
- Deep Subject Matter Expertise in SAP CO-PA — you know operating concerns, characteristic derivations, value field logic, and reconciliation inside and out.
- Robust Cross-Module Touchpoints — solid knowledge of SD-FI-CO integration (pricing procedures, VKOA account determination, billing document flows, rebate and trade accruals).
- EPM & Middleware Exposure — prior hands-on experience interfacing SAP actuals into OneStream EPM, Hyperion, or equivalent CPM tools via ETL (Azure Data Factory / Blob / SFTP).
- Multi-Instance Experience — proven ability to reconcile and harmonize multi-client/multi-instance ERP landscapes.
- Location: Based in Melbourne, VIC or willing to relocate locally.
