- Be a go-to resource for the sales team – sharing what works and supporting others
- Align your field activity with national promotions and marketing campaigns
- Use data tools and reports to spot gaps, trends, and drive smarter sales
- Be a trusted sounding board to the Sales Manager, offering insights from the front line What You Bring - 2+ years/' success in field sales – ideally with hardware, trade, or tools
- Deep understanding of how to grow accounts like Bunnings or Mitre 10
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder

- Confident using sales data and territory planning tools
