Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a solid background in ServiceNow and Automation Anywhere to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective automation strategies.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
- Execute automated tests and analyse results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhance the automation framework and tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects clearly and concisely.
- Provide training and support to team members on automation best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in QA automation and contribute to process improvements.

Mandatory Skills:




- Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere is a must.
- Proficient in developing and executing automated test scripts.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience in performance testing and security testing.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7- 12 years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on Automation Anywhere.
- Relevant certifications in QA or automation testing are a plus.
