We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Specialist to play a key role in a large-scale Microsoft 365 and records modernisation initiative. This position will focus on SharePoint Online administration, information architecture, governance, and migration activities, helping deliver modern collaboration and document management capabilities.

This is an chance to work within a complex enterprise environment, supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of SharePoint Online solutions and data migration activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, administer, and support SharePoint Online environments.
- Design and implement information architecture, metadata structures, and governance frameworks.
- Develop and customise SharePoint Online solutions to meet business requirements.
- Support the migration of content and records from legacy systems into Microsoft 365.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover activities.
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and records management requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- NV1 Security clearance
- Strong experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online.




- Demonstrated expertise in Information Architecture and Governance.
- Experience developing and customising SharePoint solutions.
- Hands-on experience delivering content or records migration projects.
- Strong PowerShell scripting capability.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with broader Microsoft 365 services.
- Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience

- Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate.
- Exposure to Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience working within government or other highly regulated environments.
- Microsoft certifications relevant to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or collaboration technologies.
