Site Scheduler

Location: Lobs Hole, near Cooma, NSW

Experience: 5+ years in construction planning and scheduling

Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off, site-based

Work Eligibility: Full Australian working rights required.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Manage baseline schedules, critical paths, milestones and project dependencies.
- Monitor actual construction progress and update schedules accordingly.
- Prepare short-term and look-ahead schedules to guide site activities.
- Track project performance, identify scheduling risks and provide accurate forecasts.
- Conduct delay and schedule impact analysis, highlighting potential slippages.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and planning dashboards.
- Support recovery planning and schedule optimisation.




- Align schedules with construction priorities and overall project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction planning and scheduling experience.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Experience managing baselines, critical paths, milestones and dependencies.
- Strong progress tracking, forecasting and look-ahead planning skills.
- Experience conducting delay and schedule impact analysis.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
- Solid communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience on major infrastructure, civil construction, tunnelling, hydropower or similar projects is highly desirable.
