We're Spicy Broccoli Media, a creative digital agency on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches. We work with an eclectic mix of brands across lifestyle, retail, health, property, trades and everything in between.

We're looking for a creative, organised and seriously switched-on Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team two days a week.

Someone who doesn't just post content, but understands WHY it works.

Someone who can juggle multiple brands, spot a great content opportunity and turn a simple idea into something people actually want to watch.

And most importantly, someone with a positive attitude, a creative mind and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow.

AS OUR NEWEST SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

- Plan, organise and maintain social media content calendars across multiple brands.
- Turn raw footage into engaging Reels, TikToks and short-form videos.
- Write strong hooks, clever captions and video scripts that make people stop scrolling.
- Bring fresh creative ideas to the table and help turn concepts into engaging content.




- Coordinate client assets, briefs, feedback and approvals.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Work alongside our creative and paid media teams to produce content for organic social and Meta ads.
- Understand the difference between content that looks good and content that performs.
- Review basic social media performance and identify opportunities to improve future content.
- Keep up with trends, platform updates and creative opportunities.
- Manage competing deadlines without dropping the broccoli.
- Work with a diverse range of brands, from lifestyle and retail to property, health and commercial businesses.

YOU HAVE:
- 2+ years of social media or content creation experience, ideally within an agency.
- A portfolio of social content that shows what you're capable of.
- Strong video editing skills, particularly in CapCut.
- A natural eye for storytelling, pacing, transitions and attention-grabbing hooks.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to switch between different brand voices.
- A good understanding of what makes content engaging across different social platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- The initiative to work independently and the personality to thrive in a creative team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for what you do.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

- Understand Meta advertising and what makes excellent paid social creative.
- Can confidently film content and direct people on camera.
- Have a great eye for design and know your way around Canva.




- Have experience with Airtable or other content scheduling and project management tools.
- Love testing creative ideas and understanding why certain content performs.
- Can turn a seemingly boring product or service into genuinely interesting content.

THE DETAILSPosition: Social Media & Content Coordinator

Location: Brookvale, Northern Beaches, Sydney

Hours: Part-time, 2 days per week (approximately 16 hours)

Salary: $30– $35 per hour, depending on experience.
