Company Description My First Australian Offer helps graduates and international students successfully enter the Australian job market by providing practical, targeted career support.

We’ve recently started a new project, Return on Uni (returnonuni.com.au), aimed at showing students what universities and degrees actually lead to. We collect real data from graduates on how long it took them to find a job in their field and what they earned. The goal is to help students make better decisions about where and what to study.

We’re looking for a creative summer intern to help us film and edit the videos that tell these stories.

Our social media strategy

We use social media to reach students and graduates across Australia, with a combined audience of over 4 million. Our goal is to help people make smarter career and study decisions, and to build trust so they come to us for support.

Our content will work across these platforms:

- Short-form video (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to reach current people every day, mainly through on-campus street interviews and quick career tips
- Longer YouTube videos to go deeper on topics and build a loyal audience
- LinkedIn to share insights and data with graduates, employers and universities
- Our free weekly newsletter to stay in touch with our community and share new findings





As an intern, you won’t just edit videos. You’ll help plan content, see how each platform fits into the bigger picture, and learn how a social media strategy turns views into a real community.

What you’ll do

- Film short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts), including campus interviews with students and graduates
- Edit Reels and longer YouTube videos, from raw footage to finished post
- Help plan our weekly content calendar across platforms
- Help us post content consistently, with the goal of a new video every day
- Add captions, music, text and thumbnails that make people stop scrolling
- Keep up with trends and suggest new video ideas
- Track what performs well and help us do more of it

What we’re looking for

- Experience shooting and editing video (personal projects count)
- Comfortable using [CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve]
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Reliable and able to work in person in Sydney

- Duration: November 2026 – February 2027
- Hours: 3 days a week
