About The Role The Curriculum and Case Management Support Lead, Tailored Learning works as a member of the Program Redesign directorate within the division of Schools and Preschools, reporting to the Director, Program Redesign.
This role actively contributes to the department 's student enrolment strategy by supporting schools to implement and sustain effective student engagement initiatives through the provision of tailored learning solutions for students at risk.
The Curriculum and Case Management Support Lead, Tailored Learning provides specialist advice, support, and guidance to schools across South Australia in the design and implementation of tailored learning models that align with SACE, Australian Curriculum and case management services. The role undertakes detailed analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and makes evidence-based recommendations to promote tailored learning practices that improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Essential: A tertiary qualification in education and current full teacher registration.
Desirable: Nil
Special conditions The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
STL1 $134,592 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%)
