We’re currently looking for an energetic & enthusiastic Store Manager to help lead and equip our Melrose Park, Sydney store! Koorong is Australia’s leading Christian resources retailer with 14 stores Australia-wide and a thriving online business. Our newly created Melrose Park store is packed full of loyal customers, dedicated staff and inspirational books and products, which makes it the perfect place to shop and work!

Permanent Full-Time (1.0 FTE) | Location: Melrose Park, Sydney

About You –

We’re looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills to continue to grow Koorong’s presence in Melrose Park! Ideal candidates will demonstrate, a good balance between staff management, administrative skills and a customer-focused approach.





You will be able to successfully multi-task, whilst motivating, guiding and training a team of 10+ staff to achieve top results in a fast paced and friendly retail environment.

You will also show strong financial management skills demonstrated by effective rostering as well as efficient monitoring and managing of budget and expenditure.

Key Selection Criteria –

- Minimum of 18-months working as a Store/ Department manager in a retail environment
- Minimum of 3 years working in a retail environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Customer serviced focussed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced level of computer literacy, at minimum
- A great knowledge of Christian resources
