Woodridge State High School is recruiting a Youth Support Coordinator to assist at-risk students to stay engaged in education and training. You will work with students, families, school staff and community services to identify barriers and connect students with tailored support, with a focus on wellbeing and early intervention.

The role emphasises individual case management, attendance monitoring and robust collaboration with external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
