You’ll partner with talent managers to support crewing, capacity planning, onboarding, and administrative workflows across artists, production teams, and editorial.

You will manage meetings, agendas, timecards, leave processes, and ensure smooth HR-related support while contributing to a positive, proactive team workplace at ILM’s Sydney studio.
