BGIS is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to oversee risk, HSEQ, compliance and governance across a community-focused residential maintenance contract in South-East Melbourne. You will report to the Account Director and work with operational managers, Compliance Officers, client representatives and subcontractors to identify risks and reinforce secure, compliant practices.

The role emphasizes turning data into practical guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining robust risk and HSEQ
