Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) Penrith is seeking a Casual Care Service Employee to support residents with personal care, meal assistance and meaningful engagement. You’ll work under supervision with registered staff, following care plans, and contribute to a warm, respectful home atmosphere.

The role requires Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, at least 2 years in a similar setting, and adaptable AM/PM/night shifts.
