HomeCaring is seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers to support young people in Beerwah and Beerburrum under Child Safety care. You will provide 2:1 support to young people with complex developmental, emotional and behavioural needs, creating a safe, secure home and helping build life skills toward independence.

The role requires patience, resilience and professionalism; shift patterns include mornings, afternoons, sleepovers with a $140 sleepover allowance, and 24/7 rosters, with paid training
