The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra invites applicants for an auditioned position. Auditions will be held on Tuesday 2nd February and Wednesday 3rd February 2027. Repertoire requirements will be released on 10th November 2026, and the closing date for applications is Tuesday 5th January 2027.
The orchestra notes that the salary package is attractive and that applicants must be Australian or Current Zealand citizens, permanent residents of Australia, or have the legal right to work in Australia.
