Plena Healthcare is seeking an Aged Care Dietitian to deliver mobile dietetics services across Armidale and district aged care facilities. You will provide person-centred care, assess menus and hydration systems, and deliver educational sessions while collaborating with Plena colleagues.

In this role you will travel as needed, complete clinical documentation timely, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
