Neara is hiring a Director, Grid Connections, to lead the integration and development of our Grid Connections capability. You will guide commercial, product and delivery teams to scale Neara and Zepben’s combined solution for utilities and government clients.

You will manage GET grant delivery, drive customer readiness, and articulate the product value to senior stakeholders while expanding partnerships and government engagement. Flexible, globally relevant role with a solid growth trajectory.
