ExecThread in the Greater Sydney area seeks a Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking to originate, structure and execute bilateral and syndicated lending transactions on-site. You will develop a portfolio of mid-to-large corporate clients, coordinate with syndication participants, conduct credit analysis, prepare proposals, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal credit policies.

The role requires a proven track record in lead bank execution, solid deal structuring and negotiation
