We are building a clinician-first practice where quality care comes before unrealistic KPIs. Our goal is to create an environment where practitioners feel supported, are well remunerated, and have genuine opportunities for professional growth.
We are currently seeking passionate General Psychologists to join our expanding team. Practitioners with Positive Behaviour Support experience or an interest in developing their skills in this area are also encouraged to apply. PBS experience is an advantage, but it is not essential for the General Psychologist role.

Hybrid work across clinic, community, schools, telehealth, and home visits
Flexible working hours with autonomy over your schedule
Immediate referrals available

You will have the autonomy to practise in a way that aligns with your clinical approach while receiving support from an experienced and responsive leadership team.
What We Offer
Competitive 60/40 contractor fee split for contractors, and competitive salary for permanent positions.
Strong earning potential, with annual earnings depending on caseload and billings

A supportive workplace culture that values clinician wellbeing
No unrealistic KPIs. No micromanagement. Just quality clinical work and genuine support.

Develop individualised treatment plans
Prepare clinical reports, progress reports, and professional correspondence
Provide services across clinic, community, school, home, and telehealth settings
Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary professionals
Maintain accurate clinical records and meet relevant professional and funding requirements
For practitioners with relevant experience, there may also be opportunities to contribute to Positive Behaviour Support services, including:
Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments
Developing Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
Delivering person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support
Providing coaching and guidance to families and support teams
Collaborating with participants and multidisciplinary professionals
Completing relevant NDIS documentation in line with applicable requirements
Have PBS experience? Great We would love to hear about your skills and experience. New to PBS? That's absolutely fine, too. Our primary focus is finding the right General Psychologist who shares our commitment to quality, person-centred care.
