- Security, patching and resilience: support vulnerability remediation, patching, backup and disaster recovery activities, helping to maintain a secure and resilient technology environment.
- Automation and continuous improvement: identify opportunities to automate routine administration and support activities, contribute to system optimisation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

- Technical troubleshooting: strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across infrastructure, cloud and end-user technology environments, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Security and resilience: exposure to vulnerability management, backup and disaster recovery practices, and a good understanding of secure and resilient technology environments.
- Automation and continuous improvement: an interest in automation, system optimisation and finding practical ways to improve technology services, processes and user experience.
