What You'll Be Doing
As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team within the Property Management department while supporting and developing that team.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of Property Managers and support staff
- Driving team performance, productivity and service excellence
- Assisting with complex tenancy matters and escalations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
- Monitoring portfolio performance, arrears and key operational metrics
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and clients
- Supporting business growth initiatives and client retention strategies
- Creating a positive,
team-oriented and high-performing team culture
About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in residential Property Management
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent qualification
