Company Description

Duke Education (RTO 22497) is a vocational education and training provider committed to delivering practical, industry-relevant learning experiences. We support learners to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed, and we work closely with industry partners so our training reflects current workplace standards and expectations.

We value professionalism, integrity and a learner-centred approach, and we bring a bit of warmth to everything we do. We call it Learning With A Hug: high standards, delivered with genuine care.

Role Description

If you love that “AHA!” moment when a learner finally gets it, you’ll fit right in.

Melbourne is an option, but your location and working arrangements are open to discussion.

We’re also open to full-time, part time or flexible arrangements for the right person.

What You’ll Bring

- TAE40122, or an equivalent or higher training and assessment credential as outlined in the Credential Policy
- Experience delivering training and conducting competency-based assessments in line with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
- A practical, supportive approach that helps learners with different needs and backgrounds succeed
- Confidence using digital learning tools and maintaining accurate records
- A commitment to quality, industry currency and the Standards for RTOs 2025
- Australian working rights and any clearances required for the role

What You’ll Get A supportive team that works hard and doesn’t take itself too seriously, opportunities for professional development, and work where you can see the difference you make.
