About the role
The High Reach Forklift Operator / Pick Packer will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations across client accounts including Amazon and Google. ? This position requires safe and efficient operation of high reach forklifts for pallet movements, as well as accurate order picking and packing using RF scanning technology. Candidates must be available to start immediately. ?This is an ongoing Monday to Friday position with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment for top-performing candidates. ?The role operates across two fixed shift patterns for both the Google and Amazon accounts:
• ? Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMThe position demands strong attention to detail, adherence to WHS policies, and the ability to meet performance and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment. ?
Key responsibilities
• ?️ Operate high reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve stock in racking up to 10m across Google and Amazon operational areas
• Perform order picking and packing tasks using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct put-away, replenishment, staging, and dispatch of goods
• ? Load and unload trucks in compliance with safety standards




• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with WHS requirements
• Report equipment faults, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow operational instructions to meet client deadlines About you
• Immediate availability to start
• LF Forklift Licence (mandatory)
• ? Proven high reach forklift experience (mandatory)
• Experience in pick packing and RF scanner use
• Availability to work Monday to Friday on either the Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) or Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) across Google and Amazon operations, plus overtime as required
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks (lifting up to 20kg)
