XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Test Manager to lead QA efforts across HR & Payroll systems. The role requires 10+ years in Testing/QA, with 3+ years as Test Manager, and hands-on experience with Dayforce or Workday implementations.

You will coordinate SIT/UAT, E2E, and Payroll testing, manage distributed teams, and drive defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting while partnering with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders.
