Unique Life Services is hiring Disability Support Workers in the Port Stephens region for SIL and community settings. Part time, casual, and full-time opportunities available across 7 days including weekends, sleepovers, and active nights.

Unique Life Services is seeking Disability Support Workers to join their team across SIL and community settings in the Port Stephens region. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting participants with personal care, daily living, and household tasks; supporting community access and social engagement; assisting with medication and health-related supports; encouraging independence; supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours (training provided); and completing documentation and progress notes in line with NDIS standards. Shifts are available 7 days a week including weekends, sleepovers, and active nights. Part-time, casual, and full-time opportunities are available. Requirements:




minimum 1 year disability support experience (preferred), Certificate III or IV in Disability or Community Services (or willingness to obtain), NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, current First Aid and CPR, driver's licence, Police Check (within 3 months), comprehensive car insurance, and understanding of NDIS Practice Standards.
