Okey Dokey Childhood Therapy is looking for a full time Medical Receptionist to join our Bayswater clinic in Melbourne's outer east. You will provide friendly client reception, manage appointments, handle payments and support therapists with administrative tasks.
You will work as part of a collaborative admin team, using Cliniko and other web-based tools, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and high-quality customer service. Training provided and ongoing team support available.
