Working across an exciting portfolio of clients including brands in financial services, travel and lifestyle, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing integrated media campaigns to life. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on traditional media planning, buying and implementation, alongside opportunities to broaden your experience across digital channels. You'll work closely with experienced media professionals, have direct exposure to clients and take ownership of campaigns from planning through to execution.

Key responsibilities

- Planning, buying and implementing integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital channels
- Managing media bookings, negotiations, campaign timelines and delivery
- Working across channels including OOH, radio, print and digital media
- Building strong relationships with media owners, suppliers and clients
- Monitoring campaign performance, managing optimisations and ensuring seamless execution
- Supporting the development of strategic media recommendations and campaign plans




- Taking ownership of campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional client service
- Collaborating with a supportive team that values initiative, accountability and fresh thinking

About you

- Experience in media planning, buying or implementation within a media agency
- Strong knowledge of traditional media channels, particularly OOH, radio and print
- Exposure to digital media planning and buying, or a genuine appetite to develop further in this space
- Confidence managing campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign reporting
- Strong relationships with media owners and an understanding of the Australian media landscape
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work autonomously
- Robust communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
