WSP in NSW seeks an Executive Design Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large transport infrastructure projects across roads, bridges and aviation. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding design development, approvals, construction interfaces and delivery with senior-level influence.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, cost and schedule, and shape governance and risk mitigation.
