Ableconnect Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our VIC team. You will report to the CEO and oversee day-to-day delivery of supports across SIL and community-based services from Doncaster East, with travel to participant homes and service locations as required.

Delivering safe, person-centred supports, you will manage rostering, supervision, recruitment, compliance monitoring and continuous service improvement while maintaining robust relationships with participants,
