We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapy leader to join Transform Life as a Regional Manager, leading an established team while helping shape the continued growth of our OT service.

You’ll oversee clinical and operational performance, support workforce planning and service improvements, and provide broader leadership support to our National Manager – Occupational Therapy, including management coverage during periods of absence.

Our remote-first model means you can be based anywhere in Australia, supporting clinicians virtually while maintaining a small caseload of local community-based clients.

What you’ll do

- Lead, mentor and develop a geographically dispersed OT team, building connection and accountability.
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance on complex cases and oversight of clinical quality.
- Monitor team performance, caseloads, capacity and service delivery.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and professional development.
- Collaborate with the National OT Manager on workforce planning, service growth and operational improvements.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight during the National Manager’s absence.
- Develop emerging leaders as the service expands.




- Maintain a small NDIS caseload of local clients.

What you’ll bring

- Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
- Solid NDIS experience and advanced clinical judgement.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing OTs in NDIS or community allied health.
- Understanding of clinical operations, caseload management and team performance.
- Confidence making clinical and operational decisions.
- Ability to lead and connect with a geographically dispersed team.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
