We are seeking an experienced Car Care Consultant / Receptionist to join our team in a full-time dual role.

This position combines aftermarket vehicle protection sales with front-of-house reception responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer service and being at the centre of a busy dealership environment.

Working across five leading automotive brands, you will partner closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, support dealership profitability and achieve agreed sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Car Care Consultant

- Promoting our range of vehicle protection and aftercare products to new and existing customers.
- Providing skilled product advice tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Managing customer enquiries and achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and providing post-sale customer support.
- Working closely with dealership sales, finance and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Reception

- Welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.




- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.
- Assisting with general reception and front-of-house duties.
- Providing administrative support to the dealership team as required.
- Ensuring the reception area provides a positive and professional first impression.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

- Previous Car Care Consultant experience, which is essential for this role.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine customer-first approach.
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing both sales and reception responsibilities in a busy environment.
- A professional presentation and reliable work ethic.
- A current Australian driver licence and reliable transport.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
