The Salvation Army, Bridge House Withdrawal Unit in Highgate, WA, is seeking a part time Care Coordinator (Enrolled Nurse) 0.8 FTE. You will coordinate admissions, discharges and patient flow, liaising with GPs and external providers to ensure safe, timely and person-centred care throughout the withdrawal journey.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain clinical records, support waitlist management and contribute to service improvement while reporting to the Nurse Team Leader.
