Theodore Bruce is seeking a Collections Coordinator to support the Operations Manager in organizing buyer collections, coordinating with 3PL providers and ensuring productive post-auction flow. The role is on-site in Marrickville, with Monday–Friday hours and a focus on stock accuracy and customer service.
You will maintain a safe collections space, manage stock movement, verify release documentation and escalate any discrepancies to ensure smooth operations across dispatch and collections teams.
