Stramit in Rockhampton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers, understand needs, apply solution-based selling, and ensure prompt order fulfillment and product delivery. The role is full time and onsite, with Monday–Friday office presence.

You will work with branch, transport and planning teams to support customer orders, resolve issues, and cultivate strong local client relationships while upholding safety standards and delivering exceptional service.
