Minimum one year experience as a medical receptionist & experience using Best Practice advantageous.

Position available:
Medical Receptionist

Part time worker needed 3 shifts a week with the opportunity to increase in the future and to relieve staff when on sick and annual leave.

This role is responsible for helping to manage our front reception, schedulingappointments, billing, supporting our health care staff, along withgeneral administration duties in our busy, multi-disciplinary, private medical practice. Immediate start.

The ideal candidate to start will have 3 permanent shifts but needs to be flexible to cover shifts across all our opening hours Monday to Friday 7.30am to 8pm.

Candidates will have;





- Experience using BP (Best Practice) software an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the functioning of a medical practice
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, organisational and time management skills
- Drive and high levels of motivation
- A professional, warm and articulate manner
- Flexibility in what days they can work
- To be preparedto cover leave (may be at short notice)
- Team player
- Knowledge of Eftpos machine and its functions
- to be able to speak and write in fluent English.
