Darling Downs Health in Queensland is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advanced Health Practitioner to improve health outcomes in communities. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally responsive primary healthcare.

You will support continuity of care, help communities navigate the health system, and lead local Health Workers, while building partnerships that promote cultural safety and community engagement.
